- Exercise: daily brisk walking or swimming.
- Find a stress relieving activity and do it everyday. Here are some ideas.
- Eat garlic: it lowers blood pressure and thins the blood
- Take Vitamin C: it stabilizes and strengthens the blood vessel walls
- Increase fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, healthy fats
- Minimize salt intake.
- Lose weight. Eat Paleo: meat and veggies.
- Completely avoid MSG, diet soft drinks, regular soft drinks, preservatives, sugar substitutes, soy sauce, alcohol, baking soda, aspartame, Advil, Ibuprofen all of which increase blood pressure.
- Drink green tea and/or nettle tea daily.
