Get healed. Be transformed.

The Nourishing Medicine Clinic’s blog

I love lists, especially to-do lists. It feels so good to check things off. It might have something to do with the fact that my Mom gave me and my two older siblings our very own clipboard when we were kids. How exciting! Oh, but wait…the clipboard was a to-do list of chores. Darn!

These days, as a grown woman in her 40’s, I’m still checking things off my to-do list on a clipboard. Let’s just say that my Mom has been very influential on me. When you gotta get things done, there’s nothing like a to-do list, even when it comes to your health. Most of my blog posts are helpful lists of ways to improve your health and wellbeing. So, find a topic that interests you and start check your way to better health.

Just in case you didn’t believe me about loving a to-do list ever since I was a child, here is the proof.  Here is 6-year-old Dr. Elie, that time my best friend’s Dad took us to McDonald’s to eat syrupy pancakes right before our team photos.

6 year-old Dr. Elie Cole back when she ate McDonald's pancakes.

Right around that same time, this little soccer player had a to-do list that was taken pretty seriously.

Perhaps it's time to make a healthy morning routine for yourself…?
