- Drink enough filtered water. Drink half your body weight in ounces every day. If it’s clear and has no taste, then it’s water. That excludes coffee, tea, soda, etc.

- Reduce or discontinue intake of the following:
- Refined sugar
- Caffeine
- Alcohol
- Nicotine
- Recreational drugs
- Preservative-laden foods (i.e. packaged food)

- Exercise regularly. Choose something you enjoy and chances are you’ll do it.
