Policies:

I accept only cash or check.  Sliding scale is available when needed.
Gift certificates available for acupuncture, massage, and Qi Gong classes.
I require a 24-hour notice for cancelled appointments in order to schedule another patient. If I do not get a 24-hour notice, I will mail out a copy of my appointment policy with a bill for the regular charge.
